Robyn Bernard, a Hollywood actress, was born in Gladewater, Texas, on May 26, 1959.
Career
The General Hospital actress debuted in Hollywood in 1981 in the role of “Diva.” She later starred in Whiz Kids in 1983 and The Facts of Life in 1984.
In September 1984, Robyn Bernard started working on the “General Hospital” project and won praise for her outstanding and fascinating performance. The record for the longest running American soap opera in production is held by this drama series. She gained notoriety for portraying the fiery Terry Brock, also known as Terry O’Connor, in the television series. Her character in the series has an alcohol addiction that ends up ruining her singing career.
In addition, she appeared in the French miniseries “Maigret” in 1992 and the French movie “Kings for a Day” in 1997.
The General Hospital starlet departed the program in March 1990 to start a new role after receiving a recording deal. She also left the area of Port Charles.
Her performances in Diva (1981), Betty Blue (1986), and Roselyne and the Lions (1989) have made her well-known. Bernard’s final on-screen appearance was in Voices From The High School (2002), in which she performed as a psychologist.

Her remains were discovered in an open field behind a business, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, which also confirmed her death.
In San Jacinto, California, on March 12, 2024, her death was formally declared. According to Variety, the reason behind her death has not yet been disclosed. Jerry Wayne Bernard, Bernard’s father, and her sisters Scarlett and Crystal survive her.
